Welcome to TISS, a multi-campus, integrated, community engaged public university of India. The Institute is headed by the Director appointed by the Chairman of the Governing Board. Under section XX of MOA, the officers of the Institute are given who can sign the contract. In TISS, it is signed by the Director or Registrar of the Institute.
